1. A reservation will be made in your name upon receipt of a completed booking form and cleared payment for the course. 2. Joining instructions will be sent to you by post to the address shown on the booking form. 3. Application to join may be made by those holding an ERS gift voucher. Please specify voucher number and date of issue. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from issue. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. Non attendance on the day booked without prior agreement will result in the cancellation of the voucher. 4. Applications to cancel bookings must be made at least 21 days prior to the course day. A 10% handling charge will be levied. After 21 days the balance will be forfeited unless the course may be taken by another party. 5. Applications for a change of course day can be made up to 14 days prior to the course date. A $30 handling fee will be charged. 6. In the event of your nonattendance, the entire fee will be forfeited. 7. We reserve the right to cancel the course at our sole discretion. In this event a full refund will be made or an alternative date agreed. It is agreed that this shall be the full measure of damages due to you in the even of cancellation and is accepted as being reasonable. 8. In the event of mechanical problems arising with the course vehicles,we will endeavor to ensure suitable substitute vehicles are available for your use. Should this not be possible, either a full or part refund and or an alternative date will be offered as set out in clause 7 above. 9. We reserve the right to prevent your participation on the course if we have reason to possibly believe you are unfit to participate due to health considerations or due to the effects of drugs and/or alcohol. 10. You will be required to sign an indemnity form. In the event that you are under 18 years of age, the signature of your parent or guardian will be required. 11. You may, should you so wish, be accompanied by a reasonable number of 3rd parties. It is a condition of admission that they also shall sign a declaration of indemnity and that they comply with all rules posted and all requests from ERS staff. 12. Third party public liability insurance is provided. You are responsible for all accident damage to vehicles however arising. All vehicles used may be covered by suitable insurance; this is available at an extra charge of $75 per day (2WD) and $150 (AWD) from us if required. There is a deductible amount of $1500 (2WD) and $3500 (AWD) that is the responsibility of the driver on each claim. Alternatively a signed commitment to pay for damage may be acceptable if supported by a credit card authorization for $2000 (refundable in the event of no accident damage) 13. We will provide suitable vehicles for your use. 14. You will be required to wear approved safety clothing and helmets. These are available at no additional cost from us. 15. Refreshments and lunch are provided free of charge. 16. No smoking is permitted within the boundary of Keystone Airpark and the boundaries of ERS. 17. Participants may consume prior to or during the course no alcohol. 18. By completing and signing the booking form you are judged to have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions. |
